NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF AN ENERGY SERVICES CONTRACT Pursuant to California Government Code 4217.10 -.18, the Governing Board of the Aromas-San Juan Unified School District will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at Aromas School, 365 Vega Street, Aromas, CA 95004, to consider approval of an Energy Services Contract. The Board will consider whether the anticipated cost to the District for services under the proposed agreement will be less than the anticipated marginal cost to the District of energy that would have been consumed by the District in the absence of the proposed agreement. Written comments may be submitted to Michele Huntoon, Superintendent, 2300 San Juan Highway, San Juan Bautista, CA 95045, prior to the date and time of the hearing.
