ROMPE stands for Rompiendo Obstaculos Mientras Practicar el Espanol.

This one of a kind program is put on by Advanced Spanish students from Anzar High School who create weekly lesson plans and teach middle school bilingual students additional Spanish to bridge them to the high school level.

Taught exclusively in Spanish, lessons and activities revolve around grammar, vocabulary, mechanics, reading and writing, history, and cultural aspects of the Spanish-speaking world.

This is an awesome opportunity for our middle school students to see high school students as academic role models.
